some post-DD updates

Few improvements to the UI since last update:
- indicators for posts that are playable/unplayable because of their cost
- indicators for reply-only posts
- improved hand spread, costs of posts are now not covered by pther cards
- cards in hand are put in front on hovering mouse cursor, rather than on pickup
and other shit like that.
